Shipping


Important notice
Please note that we do not cover import or customs fees for all deliveries. Also, we are not responsible for lost, damaged or misdelivered orders. We only act as an intermediary between our customers and the postal companies.


Delivery during sales/national holidays
During busy sale and/or holiday periods, parcels may experience a delay of ± 3 working days. We always try to send parcels the same day!


Picking and packing of orders
After the order has been completed, you will receive an e-mail containing an order summary and the order number. From that moment on, the order is processed by us.
 

Tracking of the order
After the order has been handed over to the postal company, an email is sent with a unique Track&Trace code. For orders outside Western Europe shipped with the standard shipping solution, there is a limited tracking service available, please keep this in mind. A visit to our shop in Tilburg is of course also possible if required.


Shipping costs
All Dutch shipping costs are €6.95 per parcel. For orders of at least €150.00, shipping is free. For foreign shipments, the costs differ per country. These are visible during checkout. Please note that this applies to parcels up to a maximum of 2 kg. Parcels heavier than this will be invoiced separately after you have contacted us via e-mail, phone or WhatsApp.

 

 

Returns


If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can easily return it within a period of 14 days after receiving your order. You can return a purchase in our shop in Tilburg, or you can return it by post by completing the following steps:

  1. You are required to register your return. Login via our website and go to ‘’My orders‘’. View the order you wish to return (partially) and register your return. The return cannot be processed without notification.

  2. Make sure the product is sent unused, complete and with the original packaging and any price tags and attributes.

  3. Place the product in a shipping box. For this, you can use the shipping box provided it is not damaged. Returns will NOT be accepted if the shoebox is used as a shipping box!

  4. Add the enclosed invoice in the box.

  5. Make sure the shipping box is properly sealed.

  6. Place the return address on the box. This can be found on the return form.

  7. Deliver the box to a reliable postal company (for example, PostNL, DPD or UPS) and make sure it is always traceable. Keep the proof of delivery. This is your proof of return. Stuen Store is not liable for returns that are lost and lack a proof of postage.

  8. If you want to exchange a product for another colour, size or a completely different product, please place a new order.


Important notices 

  • All returns should be sent with a track&trace code. This way we avoid misunderstandings about the arrival of the products sent. Also, all products must be sent with the original packaging and any price tags and associated attributes. DO NOT use shoeboxes as a shipping box, these returns will not be accepted by us!
  • You are responsible for the return package and the associated costs. Only when it is received by us can we refund the return amount.
  • The shipping costs of the outbound shipment will only be refunded if you return the entire order. This only applies to shipments within the Netherlands and not to international parcels.
  • From the receipt of a return, it can take up to 5 days for it to be processed in its entirety. When a return is approved, you will automatically receive an e-mail confirmation.
  • All products not received within 14 days will not be accepted. In this case, we reserve the right to charge shipping costs to return the product. Of course, you will be contacted in advance.
  • Please note that all clothes sold at our store have certain washing instructions. Always read and follow the instructions on the label inside the garment carefully.
  • In case of a defective product, the buyer is entitled to a 3-month warranty period. The warranty will only be recognised in combination with the original purchase receipt and reasonable and authentic reasons for warranty.
